track HERE. Cetacean language is more complex and over a much broader
frequency range than ours, and is being "spoken" by beings that have
larger brains and are more intelligent than we are. Therefore, the SongSwimmer
is part of a teaching tool by which the Cetacea are able to teach us
what THEY think WE ought to know. We are the students here. Introducing the Sirius Institute We are partnering with the dolphins and whales to make a better world as united co-species. This is the "New Philadelphia" **, the first embassy for the newly declared Cetacean Commonwealth - Uniting the people who for now speak on their behalf and the dolphin and whale "nations" through which the dolphins and whales will gain their rights as sentient beings under human law so all of them (from the Blue & Sperm & Humpback whales, Orcas, Spinner & Bottlenose dolphins, the Narwhals and other species) will be honored as the wise, loving beings we know them to be.
