Sirius Connection 420 Overview

The next phase of breakthrough for the planet is in accelerating the feeling of connectedness, harmony, oneness and caring. The purpose of this group/pod is to be a major factor in that completion process. This will be accomplished by the creation of various harmonizing tools using the modern telecommunications system. It will be the manifestation of the StarBird awareness of vibration through air, in combination with the StarDolphin sensitivity to vibration through water. (Particle/Wave), (Light/Love)

As the planet increasingly honours the creativity of new life through conscious conception, water birth, home birth, Dolphin births, and a few others, the beings who are brought in in these ways serve as the embodiment, as well as the center, of light and love. The more beloved you are when you come in, the more you are empowered and functioning from awareness from before birth. The birth of fully beloved beings, fully aware beings, augurs the Reign of the Great Harmony on the planet. The planet itself will indicate its level of wholeness by their presence. For they could only appear in numbers as the planet is ready to receive them. And indeed has called them to itself through its own awakening into the Light and Love.

There are many ways in which this pod is of value in bringing about this transformation. The more immediate ones are as follows:

1) A series of films on birth, waterbirth, pregnancy, Dolphin births, floating, interspecies communication, are completed and available as tools for those who choose to create a new future for themselves and their chilren. Conscious conception and the acceptance of full responsibility in agreement with incoming beings will be a model for the planet for each life that has come here. We can invite the highest and the best in by being that which we are calling.

2) Through books, videos, cd-rom, media events, pod gatherings the concept of getting in touch with the DolphinWithin, for fun, you see, is widely accessible for those who wish a different way. There follows wide media coverage and these concepts are applied with awareness by many. The addition of future pace film consultants to media pieces again models other choices for the planet. People change as they know how to be.

Television programs that incorporate a more wholistic approach to life can help ease the participants into change of a life-enhancing nature. Help them/us to see other choices and how making more loving choices simply feels better. Because we are all connected as we feel better and better, we aga in influence everything, on the planet and everywhere to feeling good, our natural state.

If we want a world in harmony, then we ourselves must be harmonious. Each and every one of us here is empowered to bring harmony to the planet. The depth of our commitment is an indication of how harmonious the planet is becoming.

3) The popularization of Dolphins in all areas of life through the use of the Dolphin image further contributes to the flow of life. Their very form and way of being connects to a deep place within each one of us and reminds us that we too are like that. This is the essence of dolphinizing or being dolphinized.

In the way that the recent popularization of the Unicorn augured the awareness and opening of the Third Eye, the growing use of Dolphin images heralds the opening of the Heart Chakra. The StarBird energy is around the Crown Chakra. The StarDolphin is around the Heart Chakra. Hence, your name, GOSS. GODDESS OF SEA AND SKY. The purpose of this inner relationship in you, as well as the collective, is to bring spirit into the hear ts of Humans, to manifest creativity through the love aspect.

4) 'Science-Fiction' films are being created that further future pace the planet into its knowing about the existence of other sentient life here on earth, and also throughout the universe. All of the universe. We embody loving interaction with all of life so that we might be ready and prepared to meet our friends from other times/spaces and know that the great oneness has begun/continues. We have choice as to how soon, how openly we are received by the Space Confederation. Invite again the finest by being the finest.

Movie outline - As you can tell this was started a while ago. In the interests of getting it out to you this year, I'm just sending it out. I've been looking for some of the rest of the stories to add and I've yet to come across them. They'll be sent along as I come across them. Enjoy.

The Sirius Connection - The Homecoming

The Gathering of the Partners of the Sirius Institute is called for 11/23/92. We have a group of highly creative, committed individuals in intense meeting with each other as they come together to work out the next stages of the dolphinization of the planet. The last several months since the most recent partners were added have seen each person off on their completion orbits, collecting the various elements and components to go forward with the various projects of the Institute. The presence of the Institute in the community is well received, the ohana feeling in the Puna area is open and friendly. This extends beyond as well, through personal contacts as well as internet contacts around the world.

To date, the Institute has had a week long habitat at the black sand beach known as Kehena. Here, the dolphins came in to greet them and show up regularly to swim with the people. Sometimes they even come right into the shoreline so the children can play with them. They have also participated in several recording/music playing sessions as well.

One of the functions of the Institute is to be a connector amidst the global grid link-up,as per the Sirius Connection 420, the Mother ship. Part of the work of the partners is to make contact with all the pod members and bring them on-line. This means getting closely involved with them and remembering what their part is in the dolphinization of the planet and the humanization of space, and then being the complement so that their vision can be brought forward, made real.

August 15, 1992. Update. Joy is exciting her next child. Plans are underway to be in our new home, along the ocean, with our own natural heated pools, in the home of the Sirius Institute. The dolphins are coming and going freely as they each come in to meet face to face their human partners. The habitat is a real time place in the area where the interface between us and our ohana of the sea is being openly explored. We are having lots of fun sharing our respective domains. The Virtually Real, Virtual Reality (VRVR) system that we are creating with our partners allows the experience to be widely shared and easily accessible to any who wish contact. We have an abundance of resources to facilitate this.

The source of inspiration that brought all of this into being is the pulse of new life coming to this planet in the accompaniment of the dolphins. For all these years my guiding vision was the vision of beings emerging here, into the waters of the Mother with dolphins gathered round to celebrate the arrival of the new ones. Joy very much wants to deliver this child this way and know complete fulfillment. This is one of the many projects that the Institute is currently involved with.

This home of the Sirius Institute is also the first Embassy of the Cetaceans. It is a place where we bring our very finest in service to these beings who have given so much to us already. It is where we bring the beauty of technology with a heart, to the service and wellbeing of all of humanity and the world. We are creating a new community along the coast. It is the meeting place for us as we come together as ohana, neighbours, kin. The area is set up so that we share easy access with each other into our homes. Dolphins can come visit us, swim up a canal, into our living room, kitchen, or visit by The VRVR. We initiate being together and opening to our connection. We have this set up so that all the Cetacea who come to us come of their choice. We open the door (our heart) so they can come in.

John Kehena Newland Lucy was kissed awake by a wave at Kehena Beach on August 18,1992 at 16:53 pm. He entered with one foot first as a footling presentation and was welcomed by a human circle of love along with dolphins offshore playing, suckling their young, making love and delivering one of their own. My son has a dolphin counterpart, a twin. He came in with one foot in this world and one foot in the other world. He is a bridge between the worlds. As he was born I felt a crack, saw the opening take place as Barbara was helping him in, and godmom Gwennie heard the crack.

Several weeks later, Estelle Myers was in Panama City Beach, Florida, where she accompanied a friend who then gave birth while swimming with the dolphins she had been swimming with daily for over three years. Shortly after that momentous event, Gowri Motha, English birthing physician went to Israel where she godmothered the first water and dolphin births ever recorded in the Middle East.

Now, nearly five years later we show up in Puna, where jk has recently arrived back home from England and the continent with his dad, Charles Lucy, and is renewing his Hawai'i Island dolphin connection.

So, we go on from here. One variation has the dolphin boy and its dolphin twin going off into the deeps to explore and they come upon an underwater habitation populated by merpeople and which functions as a major 'seat' of cetacean gathering. Envision if you will, a Cetacean U.N. equivalent. There are places where they do gather and do some kinds of conferencing about what is going on. Certainly, some of these concepts are rather new to us and yet how interesting to consider.

The story continues, for as they two come into this place, it is the fulfillment of a prophecy of their 'people', that a human child and a dolphin child would come to them together for the first time in modern times. It signals the beginning of the great oneness and that it is time to tell the humans the truth of the history of their world.

Monday am. Michael, later. I've gone through some more files and come up with these outlines. This work has progressed and changed form many times over these last twelve years, when they first started coming in.

This following one dropped in one day while I lived in Vancouver (winter '86). This was pre Tiger and I was starting to plan our life together by creating the Institute on paper as well as developing other themes of my life and work. Today (4/28/97) I put together this and that to make a more complete, flowing piece.

(1/87) Thoughts coming to mind this morning relating to the film:

The Sirius Connection 420 --The Homecoming.

It is a good way to script out what I want to literally manifest, to create, to share with the world. The umbrella that encompasses my visions to date. The film could be the springboard to waterbirths, birthing with Dolphins, Human-Dolphin habitats, the coming together or the Gathering time. It would see and initiate major breakthroughs in interspecies communications and co-creation.

Background
We have a group of diverse individuals living/creating at this Human- Dolphin habitat. This is a community along the Puna coast. At any time, many different projects are in progress and we have a strong sense that important things are taking place here. One project is the Birth Project. One of the women is obviously pregnant and spends great amounts of time 'living' in the water with the Dolphins. There are other women and children and men with her and much of her time is spent with the Dolphins.

This home of the Sirius Institute is also the first Embassy of the Cetaceans. It is a place where we bring our very finest in service to these beings who have given at we share easy access with each other into our homes. Dolphins can come visit us, swim up a canal, into our living room, kitchen, or visit by The VRVR. We initiate being together and opening to our connection. An element of great interest here is that the Dolphins are free to come and go as they please. A copy of John Lilly's Cetacean Rights Declaration is prominently displayed. We know the breakthrough aspect this community embraces --it is a prototype of the new interspecies cocreation and interconnectedness. We can have several events taking place here: Dolphin waterbirthing, documentaries, music interaction, computer use, writers, interspecies communication research projects, studies of telepathic communication to name just a few.

To continue: Different types of observations are being done on the woman on the effects of this kind of prenatal environment. It has been discovered that the duration of the pregnancy is lessened, and sound, more mature babies are a product of this environment. The whole gestation and birth is easier for both mother and baby. There is also the kinship connection between the humans and the dolphins and the sea. This is of interest.

As the newborn Dolphin arrives, the process of birthing the human baby is completing. Neat morphing programs could show the dolphin baby coming in and morphing into human baby, human baby morphing into dolphin baby, becoming human dolphin baby for just a moment and then the births of a separate dolphinbaby and a humanbaby. As though there has been some sort of overlapping of their souls, as though it could be the same soul.

The deliveries are natural and easy and joyful, with the presence of Humans and Dolphins. There is a great circle of dolphins and whale surrounding this momentous event and there is much excitement amongst the cetacea. The two come up for air and take their first breaths together. They are connected for life. For eternity. Great whale sounds go out from this group and we sense that cetacea the world over are aware of this event.

Interaction from birth on between Human and Dolphin baby. It is clear that they are playmates, companions. As time goes on, various parallels in maturation between both are shown. We also see the development of Human-Dolphin communication between the two. They are always together while the child is in the water. And they go off together with the pod.

When they are apart we can flash on the two of them sharing the same moment from each other's perspective, as though their minds overlap in some way. This is important as we see later for the two are separated and raised apart.

Outline of Dolphin Film

Dateline: The Sirius Institute, home of the first Human-Dolphin Habitat in Puna, Hawaii, has announced that they have achieved a major breakthrough in the area of interspecies communication.

Participants at the facility announced today that they are in direct mental communication with the Dolphins who are a part of this interspecies community. The news was released today after several days of excitement since a major communication was received, and since verified, from the Dolphin participants.

Dolphins, long the subject of scientific wonder, have been involved with this project, co-habiting with a group of humans in the first facility of its kind in the world. Several people from a rich range of backgrounds have been living in/on/near the water for varying periods of time, in as close a living arrangement as possible. The Dolphin participants have been free to come and go from the facility since this inovative project began earlier this year.

Information first released from the Center and since verified as an objective observationrent location in the Pacific Ocean of a shipment of nerve gas from World War II that had been released from its shipping containers during a severe underwater earthquake. Scientists feared that the gas could leak from its containers and contaminate the world's oceans. Hence, the news of its location and impending recovery is of global importance.

According to spokespersons at the Sirius Institute, the information came from one of the founders of the habitat, Joy Newland. She has been swimming daily with the Dolphins, preparing to have her children with her water companions.

She has long felt that children born with the Dolphins and raised with them would be natural bridges and translators from their domain to ours. In her feeling that this was so and that the Dolphins had much to share with us, she and her partners set up the facility in order to explore this aspect. In a rather brilliant first breakthrough, as if to validate the Center's founding philosophy, the Dolphins shared with their friends the exact location of the gas and plotted its future course. This information makes it possible for U.N. ships to intercept and recover the shipment.

The information was given to Joy by Atar, an eight-year-old male Dolphin who has been a part of this project since its inception. As has been their practice, the two were communicating about issues of importance during their daily play period when the nerve gas loss was brought up. Altar offered to "put the word out" that this should be located and its position reported back. When the information was received, it was found that its location was given by the Dolphins in sophisticated astronomical terms.

The Center's first success is a significant one, which its founders know will generate great public and scientific excitement as time goes on. All the answers we have wanted to questions since humans came to this planet are now within our reach. The researchers of the facility are looking forward to exploring different ways in which Human-Dolphin communication can be enhanced and experienced by others. To this end they are initiating a program where the Dolphins co-design a computer program which enables their higher/faster communications to be translated directly.

According to Joy, a Dolphin being and caller, the Dolphins have been waiting for this period of time when she and others like herself are telepathic to such an extent that they may communicate with dolphins in ways that could consistently be verified. This breakthrough has been the greatest one, for it required establishing deep communion with Dolphin consciousness and total certainty in the process in order to access a common communication band.

Joy likens her experience with that of setting out to find a particular radio station and fine tuning until the desired one is found. As she realized what she had achieved, she was able to repeat her experiences in communications at will, and then to show others how to do the same.

Go to Jacques Mayol speaking of his capabilities. What it is like to be so at one with the water? What it is like to have extended his capacities in the way of a Human Dolphin? And others, even more local types. We eah have a special kinship with the seas. It speaks to us in diverse ways. Ways we can hear and feel its messages.

Go to astronauts and their experiences in the spacecraft, their sense of life on Earth. Edgar Mitchell is a particularly excellent astronaut to speak to .

Point out that three-quarters of the planet is covered with water. Historical evidence shows that certain culturt different from the other Dolphins and Whales? The Orcas probably just attack to feed and to take out the less vital of the pod. Tis only a dance of life to them in a way beyond our knowing.

We can only be truthful to the Cetacea because of how they read their environment. Whatever is going on in us, physically or emotionally, spiritually, and all other ways, they know us like an open book. Easily read.

Just like All That Is, of which we are an integral facet, reads us. We all hav e a specific vibration, a note. Our very own sound. Imagine all those notes singing together in harmony. WOW!

They (the dolphins) are a perfect christ-consciousness reflector. Thei r wholeness holds us as in a mother's arms, fully, until we reestablish contact with our wholeness.

Talk story about historical therapeutic use of water.

Go to the Apollo-the-Dolphin-God myth, and then to the Oracle at Delphi, the Greek connection, the Egyptian myths about Sirius. Then the dogons and tie together a la Robert Temple the migration of the story.

Go to floating and John Lilly on the benefits of the experience of neutral gravity. Add in the footage of Michael Crichton, Peter Suedfeld and other talk about floating. Then to Michael Odent about waterbirthing, benefits to mother and child, and why these benefits happen.

Go to Estelle Myers and her film about waterbabies. Potential for the Human species. Homo Noeticus, she calls us. What are the implications of a population comprised of large numbers of water babies? Bring in statistics about places where 10% of the population meditates. Point out correlation between benefits of floating, meditation and water activity from birth, to play, to therapeutic uses.

Footage and V/O of a waterchild in Soviet Union who had some type of muscular dysfunction. Show Igor's work in the Soviet Union. What led him to the concept? How has he seen it work? What are his experiences with the differences between waterchildren (dolphin babies and others)

Go to footage of the waterbabies underwater, V/O from mothers of these babies, particularly those who have had one or more "normal" deliveries and one or more waterbirths. What are the differences in the delivery, as well as the temperament of the child?

It is quite possibly so that we are moving towards this as we birt h more and more children into the waters of the world and take our place side by side with the Dolphin/Whale people as true planetary citizens.
