Celebrate & give thanks for the wonderful harvest in our lives of all the things that are precious to us. Come join us as we give thanks for all our blessings and the aina that sustains us.

Opening with surprise guests at the Pahoa Fish Market & Lounge Friday night at MoonRise, (and as we celebrate Elaine Cullen's birthday) we continue to rock the full moon night away with the band AfterShock, starting at 9pm.

Saturday afternoon from 1:30 to 5, videos as well as talk story at Huna Ohana with Roger Christie, Aaron Anderson, Mike Hyson in beautiful downtown Pahoa. Learn about this most versatile of plants as sacrament, medicine, food, as fiber for cloth.

Sunday morning at the Akebono parking lot adjoining the Pahoa Farmers' Market in its new location, we will be hosting our first Hemp Market as all kinds of hemp products come out to display. Meet the artists who make hemp painted clothes as well as pipemakers. Sample our fabulous hemp nut oil cookies and other tasty goodies from the folks at Pahoa Village Bakery, as well as local treats.

Here we will be painting and raffling off a hemp canvas hammock, gifted to the cause by the Hempress herself. And this is where there will be pumpkins for children to paint & take home.

Starting at 1:30 pm at the Pahoa Pool Complex we will be hosting a five band party until MoonRise. This event features Bossa Nova Boogie Band, Epe, AfterShock, Bruddah Kuz,Tony Selvage and others ...
